The wheel loading direction should be perpendicular to the surface of the rotating drum, and the center of the wheel and the rotating drum should be in a straight line in the radial direction. The rotating drum axis and the axial line of the wheel should be parallel. The recommended max drum is 1700mm in diameter.
2. Test procedures
(1). preparation for the test
The test wheels must be made of tyres with the maximum bearing capacity of the max specified by the wheel factory or the automobile factory. When testing a tubeless wheel, the inner tube will not be used. Recommended tire inflation pressure is 448 + 35kPa(when cold).Air pressure may be increased during the test, but no adjustments are required.
The test fitting shall be matched to the wheel and shall be installed with bolts and nuts specified for use on the wheel. The nuts shall be tightened at 115% of the lower value. During the test, the torque of the nut should be checked and adjusted regularly. Lubricant is not allowed in the nut.
The loading system shall maintain the specified load with an error of not more than + or - 2.5%.
If the test tyre is damaged during the test, it is allowed to continue the test after replacing the tire.

(4). Failure determination basis
A) produce visible fatigue cracks at any part of the wheel (by coloring penetration or other acceptable methods, such as fluorescent flaw detection).
B) the wheels cannot continue to bear the load to the required number of cycles.
