So, what is the role of the ejector oil of a four-column hydraulic press? In most cases, the bottom of the stamping parts in the production process of the hydraulic press needs to have an ejection device to eject the stamping products stuck to the mold from the template. At this time, an ejection cylinder is used. The function of the ejection cylinder is not complicated. Generally speaking, it is planned for the part of demolding, which ejects the workpiece from the concave mold. However, a four-column hydraulic press equipped with a top cylinder is slightly more expensive than a standard four-column hydraulic press. Because the ejector cylinder is essentially a cylinder, and the cylinder of a four-column hydraulic machine is not low in cost.
The work process of the ejection cylinder: The first step is ejection of the ejection cylinder. The specific realization is that when the return stroke of the main cylinder is stopped, the ejection button is pressed, the corresponding hydraulic valve receives a signal, and a certain cartridge valve is opened in the meantime. The hydraulic oil enters the lower cavity of the ejector cylinder through the cartridge valve, and the upper cavity oil flows back to the oil tank through the hydraulic valve to eject the workpiece. The second step is the return stroke of the ejector cylinder. First press the return button, the A hydraulic valve loses the signal, and the B hydraulic valve receives the signal. The cartridge valve opens the return oil circuit, and the hydraulic oil enters the upper and lower chambers of the ejector cylinder through the hydraulic valve. The oil flows back to the oil tank through the valve, and the ejector cylinder returns. After these processes are completed, the next step is started, and then a cyclical action is formed to transform the continuous punching of the four-column hydraulic press.
